The Campfire

Twitch rules

How we keep the campfire a good place to sit. These are the house rules for VÆL streams — Twitch’s own Terms of Service always apply on top.

The room

  • Be decent

Kind, respectful, still real — same as the stream. Disagreement is fine. Personal attacks, harassment, and piled-on pile-ons are not.

  • No hate

Racism, slurs, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, or any content targeting people for who they are gets you timed out or banned. No exceptions, no “it was a joke.”

  • Keep it about the fire

This channel isn’t for politics, drama farming, or other creators’ beef. Take that somewhere else.

Chat

  • Don’t spam

No wall of caps, copy-paste, emoji floods, sound-alert bait, or repeating the same line until someone notices. One message is enough.

  • No self-promo

Don’t drop your channel, Discord, or links unless you’re asked. Raids and shoutouts come from the stream, not from chat ads.

  • Spoilers & backseating

If we’re playing something, don’t spoil it. Unsolicited “you should do X” is fine once; repeating it after a no is not.

  • Language

English, Hungarian, and whatever else the room is speaking that night are all welcome — as long as it stays readable and not a wall of noise.

The stream

  • Requests

Song and set requests are welcome when the stream is in that mode. No guarantees — the room comes first.

  • Follow Twitch

Nudity, illegal content, ban evasion, and anything that breaks Twitch ToS is an instant ban. Don’t make the channel carry that.

  • Privacy

Don’t share anyone’s personal info — including your own if you wouldn’t want it on a recording. No leaking real names, workplaces, or locations.

Mods have the final call in chat. If something feels off, whisper a mod or use Twitch’s report tools.
